 Our “State Of The Art” shop - facility houses 17000 sq ft.   Brazos Collision applauds and employs the very latest green technology available in the automotive body repair industry. 

We are EPA, VOC compliant in  paints and lacquers, paint strippers, cleaning supplies, pesticides, building materials and furnishings, office equipment such as copiers and printers, correction fluids and carbonless copy paper, graphics and craft materials including glues and adhesives, permanent markers, and photographic solutions.  We have the latest updated equipment for body repair, frame alignment, precise structural and sheet metal repairs. Our ASE Certified Technicians will get your repair done quickly and return your vehicle to “like new condition”.

Frame Straightening Repairs:
If your car or truck was involved in a collision or a rollover, chances are good that the vehicle frame was twisted, flexed, torn, or otherwise compromised. Brazos Collision uses a photo based measuring system, with actual vehicle photos. This allows Preferred Collision Shop to precisely and quickly target the correct measuring points so that damaged areas can be measured at any time during the repair process. The reference points to be measured are displayed graphically on the computer screen during the straightening process of frame repair. Repairs are then completed properly using today’s latest technology!

Even the paint and process is the latest green method, R-M Onyx HD waterborne offers customers of the high performance shop a waterborne basecoat system that combines ease of use and durability with superb color matching, while staying in compliance with VOC regulations.

Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) The conversion is also good for the shop - from the inside out. I trust the R-M line of paints and coatings for my cars. I am proud to offer Brazos Collision   customers and employees a lower VOC option in the Onyx HD waterborne.

In addition we use De Beer by Valspar  paint and prepping primer as often as possible, it just renforces our comitment to safety for shop workers. De Beer is the first paint certified asthma & allergy friendly by the Asthma & Allergy Foundation of America. 


Water Base technology reduces solvent emissions by at least 50%. This is great for the environment and better for applicators health than traditional solvent based coatings. Additionally, your customers can feel confident their work has been completed with minimal emissions
